We dedicate a production room to the portion cutting of a wide variety of steak products that services the restaurant and hotel industry. We feature USDA Grade levels from Midwestern grain fed animals as well as from American Kobe cattle. We specialize in conforming to the needs of our customers, and we are able to wet and dry age our beef to the specifications of our customers. We are very proud of our Sterling Certified Choice Aurora Angus Beef program, which features a mid-western packer of high-end quality beef. Sterling carefully ages and portions these cuts to provide its clients with the finest tasting steaks.
